CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S 2025/2026: All bookings between 23rd December and 2nd January are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

All bookings between 26th December and 2nd January are subject to a 7-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. 

Payment will be processed within 72 hours of booking and if the card cannot be charged then your booking will be cancelled. Please also note that our reception will be closed to arrival and departures on 25th December, 31st December and 1st January. No check-ins or outs will be allowed on these dates. If your booking contains a check in/out scheduled for those dates then it will be subject to immediate cancellation.
